Heavy duty modular vises provide plenty of clearance for great accessibility to the part.

Fixed Vises

• Black oxide finish
• 5/16" minimum plate thickness for face milling application, when using taller parallels
• May be used as precision stop from two sides when used with smooth jaws
• Works well with moveable vise F-59546-01
• Six precision bushings in the bottom allow for quick and easy setups

Typical Setup

• Use in conjunction with the moveable vise to provide quick, easy vise setup with unlimited stock size
• Taller hardened parallels bring support height to 4.350 ± .001(for face milling plates as thin as 5/16")
• Two precision dowel screws (F-87994 for 1/2"-13 system & F-87883 for 5/8"-13 system) are used to locate vise on 2" x 2" grids (sold separately)
• Smooth, serrated or soft jaws faces for fixed vise

Moveable Vises

• Black oxide finish
• Ten precision bushing holes allow for 1" movements of vise
• 5/16" minimum plate thickness for face milling application, when using taller parallels
• Designed for use with fixed vise F-59547-01
