Vise Sets

Overview
Our vise sets combine the characteristics of a general purpose vise with the ability to pin up/locate into a 2" standard modular fixture type grid. These vises are ideal for use in running production where datums, flatness, and parallelism are important.

Applications
Milling, boring, tapping, drilling, etc.

Vise Set Option A

Black oxide finish
Four precision bushing holes allow for quick and easy precision location of vise
Thickness of parts (1/2" minimum for face milling applications)
Two precision dowel screws F-87988 are used to locate vise on 2" x 2" grids (sold separately)
7" support height is great for horizontal mills, eliminating spindle clearance problems
When needed, the fixed jaw may be moved 1" in order to change the spacing between the jaw and grid
