Return Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Elijah Tooling, Inc.

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines).

How are refunds calculated?

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s):

• Any item that is normally stocked AND is in original condition (sellable) AND returned in less than 30 days after delivery.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive no refund or partial refunds as follows:

• Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
• Any item that is made to order (pricing is not available on the web-site and was quoted to you): No Refund.
• Any item shown on a page that has the “Tooling Components” logo on it may be subject to No Refund depending upon the item  – please inquire prior to purchase.
• Any item for which a stocking notice is posted, such as * May not be stocked. 3-4 week lead time. Please call for availability.: No Refund unless the item was in stock at the time of purchase.
• No refund is available for items that have been in the possession of the buyer for more than 89 days.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

• Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. Upon receipt of your return, the seller will contact Elijah Tooling, Inc. to initiate the refund process.  Refunds will be handled through the company you purchased our products from.

If you have received an item that is faulty or being replaced under warranty, Elijah Tooling will become responsible for the shipping charges, UPS Ground only (unless you had that item shipped by a more costly method).   Any other reason for exchange, replacement, or refund, the shipping charges shall be your responsibility.
