These three videos demonstrate the actual usage of Invert-A-Bolt™ products. The Universal Stock Prep Fixture is used for Stage 1 machining & the Universal Common Modular Fixture (UCMF) is used for Stage 2 & 3 operations.
The method of manufacture is to picture-frame a part from rectangular or square stock material, using "over-the-top" tabs on one side of the part and "thin tabs" on the other side of the part. Picture-framing allows a manufacturer to eliminate datum locating the part throughout the manufacturing process which significantly simplifies the fixturing required.
